Yesterday when I made my weekly phone call home, one of my brothers asked how the church was doing in the west. I told him in one word: wet. Then I proceeded to tell him how that was possible. Bennett is a very spitty baby, but less so since we changed his formula. Still, he has his moments and he had 3 of them yesterday. He spat up enough to flow off his bib, down my nice sunday clothes and onto the carpet of the Relief Society room! About twice during the lesson I got up to get a napkin to wipe the floor, luckily the third time was between classes. Its times like this I'm grateful for being in a married student ward. Something like that was understood and also not as noticable. I got weird stares from my home ward when I burped him during sacrament meeting! I can only imagine what they would have done if this happened! There aren't very many babies in my home ward. Still, it was funny looking back on it. Bennett practiced pouting the other day as well, now that he's coming of age to be spoiled, perhaps he's hoping to use it to his advantage.
I've been very involved in family history lately. I used to have a nice fat PAF file until I forgot to save it when Andrew had to wipe his laptop to keep a virus from spreading. So basically I'm starting from scratch. But with the new family search program, its gotten a lot easier. When you see a name, you see the multiple spellings and info, that way the same person doesn't get their work done several times just because one letter in their name was omitted. Also, I find it interesting that the temple that did a lot of the work was Idaho Falls! That really makes the fact that Andrew and I were sealed there all the more special.
